We aim to share the gospel message. Likewise, we teach god’s grace, love, and truth according to the Scriptures (Matt. 28:19-20; Acts 3:19).
Purpose: The purpose is to fulfill the Great Commission, to love the Lord, to love one another, and to keep the Lord’s commandments (John 14:15).
Saved by Grace: We are saved by grace through faith, not by our works or efforts (Eph. 2:8-9).
Holiness: God is separate from sin, and he is perfect. God tells us to identify with him by living a clean and holy lifestyle (James 1:10-13; Isa. 6:3; 1 Pet. 1:16).
The Bible is the revealed Word of God. Scripture is inspired by God, to learn about righteous living, and honoring God (II Timothy 3:15-17; II Peter 1:21).
The one true God, the Creator, and Redeemer. He called himself, I AM. The godhead consists of God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. The fullness of the godhead dwells in Jesus (John 10:36; 14:26; 20:21-22; Col. 2:9).
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived by Mary through the power of the Holy Spirit, and it was a virgin birth. Jesus preached, taught, corrected, healed, raised the dead, cast out evil spirits, and he provided salvation for humanity. Jesus went to calvary to take on the penalty of sin. He was buried for three days and three nights, and he rose from the grave. He was seen of many after his resurrection. Then, he ascended to the right hand of the Father (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18, 23; Luke 1:34-35).
The Holy Spirit enables people to pursue righteousness and true holiness (Luke 10:1-23; John 14).
We believe that in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth (Gen. 1-2).
We believe that Satan was originally created a perfect being. The devil rebelled against God. As a result, he became evil who operated as an accuser of the brethren, deceiver, and a foe to God and his believers (Rev. 12:9-10; Eph. 2:2; 1 Pet. 5:8).
Salvation happens as a result of repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ. Believers confess their sins, and they confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and that he was raised from the dead. Believers receive the baptism, or symbolic washing away of sins, and burial of the old nature. Likewise, believers receive the infilling of the Holy Ghost. The righteousness of Christ is imputed to believers, and they are joint heirs in the body of Christ
(Luke 24:47; John 3:1-5; Romans 10:9-15; Ephesians 2:8; Titus 2:11, 3:5-7).
Jesus informed the disciples to baptize, or immerse people in water in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. When the church was born on the day of Pentecost, Peter commanded the people to repent, to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and they shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The baptism identifies with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. In that people are raised to walk according to the new nature
(Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 6:4).
The Lord promises to pour out his Spirit. On the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost filled the house, where they were filled with the Holy Ghost as the spirit of God gave utterance. The evidence of the infilling of the Holy is marked by speaking in tongues (Joel 2:28-29; Acts 2:4; Acts 2:38-43; 10:46; 19:6). Individuals who were baptized with the water and the Holy Ghost honored God, reverenced his name, and they ministered and served for Jesus Christ (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4; I Corinthians 12; John 7:37-39; Acts 4:8; Mark 16:20).
There will be a final judgment at which everyone will give an account for their thoughts, behaviors, and intentions. Individuals who are not listed in the Lamb’s Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire and suffer the second death (Matthew 25:46; Mark 9:40-48; Revelation 19:20; 20:11-15, 21:8).
There will be a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21:1-4; Is. 65:17-19).
